Our factory is located in Rui'an, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. It takes 4 hours by train from Shanghai, 6 hours by train from Guangzhou, and one and a half to 2 hours by plane.

Our quality control strictly adheres to the ISO9001 advanced standards. The defect rate is controlled at less than 0.3%. We hold a CE certificate, which indicates that the quality meets European standards. Before the products are shipped out, our machines undergo multiple tests.

Our machines are available for shipment to every country, and are sold to the United States, Japan, Russia, Thailand, Myanmar, Turkey, Brazil, and so on.

Sure, we will fully support the third-party inspection.

Our delivery management system is as follows:

• Order confirmation - D+7, handled by the sales representative.
• Raw materials availability - D+7, handled by the purchasing staff.
• Production cycle - D+30, responsibility of the production department.
• Quality completion - D+10, responsibility of the quality control department.
• Delivery - D+7, responsibility of the logistics department.
• Excluding force majeure factors, our past rate of delayed delivery was only 2%.
• This is an ordinary machine. If you have a customized machine, please follow the delivery time provided by the salesperson.

We have an exclusive service after-sales support team. We will establish a group where there are personnel responsible for your sales, after-sales staff, and engineers to help you solve problems. You can also shoot a video of your issue and send it to us. We will promptly handle it for you.

We accept payment by T/T or L/C. A 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% will be paid one week before the shipment.
