The forming process and principle of film blowing machine printing

The raw material is plasticized in the extruder after entering the head film through the filter screen and the porous plate to form a cylindrical extrusion film. Then the compressed air is blown in to blow the cylinder into a bubble tube. The diameter of the bubble tube is controlled by the input air volume. At the same time, the outer diameter of the bubble tube is cooled by the air ring spray, so that the bubble tube film cools down and solidifies. After entering the herringbone plate, it is clamped and flattened, and is pressed and pulled into the electric spark impact machine by the guide roller. The film treated with corona is introduced into the printing press through the lower traction and brake rod. The ink is transferred to the film through the joint action of the printing plate roller and the rubber roller to form the pattern the customer wants. The film with the pattern passes through the cooling device of the printing press to dry the ink and fix it on the surface of the film. Finally, the film is rolled up by friction to make a cylindrical film roll.
